Snapshot Day!

The Jackson Memorial Library is joining other libraries across the state by participating in Snapshot Day tomorrow, October 19. Stop by and share your library stories:

"SNAPSHOT MAINE 2012: LIBRARIES CONNECT: PEOPLE, COMMUNITY, JOBS”

On Friday October 19th, the Jackson Memorial Library will compile statistics, customer comments, and photographs chronicling a typical library day. The results collected will be added to those of other libraries across Maine to demonstrate the ways that libraries provide invaluable services to Maine citizens every day.

Supporters of the Jackson Memorial Library are asked to drop by the library to share their thoughts about the library and participate in some of the day’s activities.
Snapshot 2012 is a project of the Maine State Library, Maine Library Association, and the Maine Association of School Libraries.

We may ask you if we can take a photograph and, if so, will have a permission form for you to fill out if it is okay for it to be used at a state level as well.
