It costs a lot to provide free service. Books, magazines, DVDs, audio books, Wifi, programs for children, youth and adults, public computers, interlibrary loan – these are all things the Library offers the community at NO CHARGE – and we need your support to do this. 40% of the library’s annual budget comes from individual donors.
Through the generosity of many, many donors to the Capital Campaign there were funds to renovate the former Grace Youth Center at 71 Main Street and turn it into the new Jackson Memorial Library. Since those funds are devoted to the building we need your help to pay staff, buy materials, run programs and keep the lights on.
