Always Wanted to Learn to Knit? Over the Rainbow Yarn Donation is Raffle Ready

To the knitters or future knitters in our community we'd like to introduce a great new shop in Rockland called Over the Rainbow Yarn.  Tucked away on School Street in the Old Odd Fellows Hall in Rockland, you'll find this bright and colorful yarn shop ready to handle all your knitting and crocheting needs.  Stocking a wide range of yarns, notions, tools, books and patterns for knitters and roving for spinners. 

New to the neighborhood, we were happy to receive a donation from Over the Rainbow Yarn.  They have graciously donated a gift certificate good for a knitting lesson as well as a basket of yarn for your next project.   Over the Rainbow offers basic and advanced knitting and crocheting courses and they have a skilled staff to help with any of your knitting questions.

This shop features artisan small batch yarns from local producers too supporting a great fiber arts community.  Whether you want to show off your newest masterpiece or if you would like to get your first stitches under your belt, stop into Over the Rainbow Yarn in Rockland.

Support your local library and local businesses in one easy step by stopping by Jackson Memorial Library and buying your raffle tickets today! Tickets can be purchased individually at $2/ticket or you can get 6 tickets for $10.  Enter as often as you'd choose for any and all items you like and join our community to celebrate St. George Days in Tenants Harbor, ME.
